The whole interface renders on the GPU, so there is no fallback layout to show you. Chrome, Edge or another Chromium browser (version 113+) will run it.
On Linux Chromium the backend sometimes ships disabled — enable it at
chrome://flags/#enable-unsafe-webgpu, then relaunch.
